In this group activity, participants will work in teams to develop a sustainable fulfilment model for their business. Teams will consider the following:

• How to integrate sustainability into their fulfilment operations.
• What steps to take to minimize the environmental impact of their logistics and warehousing operations?
• How to scale fulfilment sustainably as their business grows.

Each team will present their sustainable fulfilment model to the class for feedback.
