In this interactive workshop, participants will work through the steps outlined above to develop a fulfilment strategy for their own businesses. Participants will be grouped into teams and each team will focus on one element of the strategy, such as logistics, customer service, or market entry.
Each group will:
- Define their goals and objectives.
- Identify challenges specific to their business.
- Develop a logistics plan, including fulfilment partners and shipping methods.
- Create a customer service strategy.
- Present their strategy to the class for feedback.
Guidance for Teams:
- Consider the unique needs of your business, such as product type, target market, and scale of operation.
- Draw inspiration from GD and ZJ’s strategies but tailor it to your specific context.
- Use tools like SWOT analysis, market research, and flow diagrams to map out your strategy.
